Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Worklogix, a cloud-based workforce management platform operated by WhatComesNext ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sweden. By using Worklogix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Worklogix provides cloud-based tools for work hour tracking, project management, expense reporting, and team administration. The service is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform accessible via web browser and mobile devices.

2. Account Terms

  • Registration is by invitation only. You must receive an invitation from a company administrator to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password.
  • One account per person. Each user must have their own account with a unique email address.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Worklogix.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Worklogix only for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other companies or users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Worklogix, including work hours, project information, expense records, and uploaded files. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Worklogix service. Company administrators control access to their company's data and are responsible for managing user permissions within their organization.

5. Billing & Payments

  • Worklogix offers subscription plans: Lite (499 kr/month), Pro (1,799 kr/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All prices are in SEK, excluding VAT.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the next renewal.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Availability & Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Worklogix service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, hosting provider issues, or force majeure events.

Support is available via email at support@worklogix.app. We aim to respond to support requests within 1 business day.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, WhatComesNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Worklogix.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by your company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting your company administrator or our support team.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
  • Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
  • Sections relating to data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Worklogix shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Worklogix after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
